Product Description

Cationic polyacrylamide is a water-soluble linear polymer organic polymer copolymerized with a cationic monomer and acrylamide.

Application range:
 As a flocculant, this product is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation processes, including sedimentation, clarification, concentration and sludge dewatering.
The main industries used are: urban sewage treatment, paper industry, food processing industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, mineral processing industry, dyeing industry and sugar industry, and wastewater treatment of various industries.
It can be used as a paper dry strength agent, retention aid and filter aid in the paper industry, which can greatly improve the quality of paper formation, save costs and improve the production capacity of paper mills.
In recent years, it has also been widely used as an oilfield chemical agent in oilfield operations: such as clay anti-swelling agent, thickening agent for oil field acidification, and oily wastewater treatment agent.


 

Production Usage

When use it in real application, PAM should be dissolved in water with 0.1- 0.2% concentration. If do not use matched dissolving equipment and dosing system, should prepare diluted cans with screw pump which can transport solution to the instructed designated field.Amount dosage is adjusted according to the actual situation.
