Product Description

The polymer thickener used in the salt and high temperature resistant fracturing fluid system is polymerized by adding salt and high temperature resistant monomers. It has a unique branched molecular structure, no entanglement between molecules, and contains a large number of end groups. Therefore, it shows special properties that many linear polymers do not have, such as high solubility, low viscosity and high chemical reactivity. Therefore, the viscosity of the base fluid is low and it is cross After the combination, it is in the form of jelly, with good salt and high temperature resistance and outstanding sand carrying performance. The maximum temperature resistance can reach over 180ºC , and the salt resistance can reach 100000 salinity.

The thickening agent of the system can also be made into a high content emulsion, which has the advantages of high effective content, fast dissolution rate, no fish eye, sufficient crosslinking and stable performance. In site construction, it can be used for many purposes, low concentration is slippery water, medium and high concentration is linear glue, and crosslinking agent is gel.
