Phosphoric acid, also known as orthophosphate, is a common inorganic acid that is moderately strong. Its chemical formula is H3PO4 and its molecular weight is 97.995. Not easily volatile, not easy to decompose, and has almost no oxidizing properties. It has acidic properties and is a ternary weak acid. Its acidity is weaker than hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, but stronger than acetic acid, boric acid, etc. Phosphoric acid is prone to deliquescence in the air. Heating will dehydrate to obtain pyrophosphate, and further dehydrate to obtain metaphosphate. Phosphoric acid is mainly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, fertilizers, etc., including as a rust inhibitor, food additive, dental and orthopedic surgery, EDIC corrosive agent, electrolyte, soldering flux, dispersant, industrial corrosive agent, raw materials and components for fertilizers, household cleaning products, and also as a chemical reagent.

Application Of Phosphoric acid IC grade
mainly used as cleaning agent and etching agent for semiconductor separation devices,widely used in large-scale integrated circuits.

Food grade:
