  HEDP is an organophosphoric acid corrosion inhibitor. It can chelate with Fe, Cu, and Zn ions to form stable chelating compounds. It can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metals' surfaces. It shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects under temperature 250ºC.

        HEDP has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. Its acid/alkali and chlorine oxidation tolerance are better than that of other organophosphoric acids (salt).

        HEDP can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex, with calcium ion in particular. Therefore, it has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.

        Solid HEDP is crystal powder, suitable for usage in winter and freezing districts. Due to its high purity, it can be used as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.

Description Properties :
PAA is innoxious and soluble in water, it can be used in situations of alkaline and high concentration without scale sediment.

PAA can disperse the microcrystals or microsand of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate.

PAA is used as scale inhibitor and dispersant for circulating cool water system, papermaking, weave, dyeing, ceramic, painting, etc.

Dosage should be in accordance with water quality and equipment materials. When used alone, 1-15mg/L is preferred.


Features:

4. Significant effects of turbidity removal, decolorization, deoiling, dehydration, sterilization, deodorization, algae removal, COD, BOD and heavy metal ions in water;

5. Adapt to the wide range of pH value of water body, 4-11, and the optimal range of pH value is 6-9. After purification, the variation range of pH value and total alkalinity of raw water is small, and the corrosion to treatment equipment is small; The purification effect of micro polluted, algae containing, low temperature and low turbidity raw water is remarkable, especially for high turbidity raw water;

6. Liquid polymerized ferric sulfate is easy to add, without secondary dissolution, less dosage, low cost, and the treatment cost can be saved by 20% - 50%.

Polyacrylic acid is a low molecular weight acrylic monomer, which is used in combination with organic phosphonate, organic phosphonate ester and polyphosphate. It has a good synergistic effect and has excellent dispersion effect on calcium phosphonate and iron oxide in water. It can operate under alkaline and high concentration multiple conditions without scaling. Polyacrylic acid will not pollute the environment when discharged.
