1.Trisodium citrate dihydrate is used as acidity regulator, flavor agent and stabilizer in food and beverage industry.
2.Used as an anticoagulant, phlegm dispersant and diuretic in the pharmaceutical industry;
3.In the detergent industry, sodium citrate can be used to produce more environmentally friendly and safe detergent, replacing the environmental problems caused by the extensive application of sodium tripolyphosphate in the washing industry;
