Magnesium Sulfate Anhydrous MgSO4 is a white or off-white powder with a density of 2. 66kg/m3, melting point 1124 ºC, soluble in water, glycerol, alcohol, slightly soluble in ether, easy to absorb moisture, in the air heated to 450 ºC, become basic magnesium sulfate, when heated to 1124 °c, it decomposes into Mg0, 02, S02 and S03 at a large rate, and forms 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12 hydrates with water.

1. Construction industry:
It is used to manufacture refractory materials and adhesives for building furnace arms, and is
a raw material for manufacturing No. 2 flux and smelting metal magnesium.
2. Chemical industry:
It is mainly used to make various magnesium salts, such as magnesium oxide, magnesium
hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, and firecracker solid primer. It is also used as a raw material
for antifreeze.
3. Building materials:
Made with magnesite (MgO) hard and corrosion-resistant magnesia cement, which can be made
